List – only registered volunteers will be allowed. If you are on one of the sheets below, you’ve been logged and are on the list.

If you bring a person NOT on the list before the venue opens, that person will not be allowed in until the event opens.

Tables!  We have TWO tables: campaign and voting.

 

Campaign Table

This table will have all the typical materials, plus information on how to write in Che Ahn on the ballot.

Voting Table

Write-In Signatures – we will be getting voters to sign up to get Papa Che’ as a write-in candidate. We need 100 approved signatures, which means we need at least 200 signatures.

Register to Vote – we will be helping people to register to vote.

Petitions

CEO Act – is still taking signatures! We’ll be collecting these at the table.

Other petitions – please ping me.

Friends – if you want to bring a friend to volunteer, please ping me ASAP. We can accommodate more people.

Tear Down – we need MORE PEOPLE FROM 8-10 PM!!!

Shifts – Aside from the morning setup shift, shifts are two-hour blocks. All volunteers must stay at their table unless excused. If you need to leave for any reason, let the person in charge of the table know or speak with Kevin Loomis.

Water – is provided

Snacks – are provided

Food – needs to be purchased at the venue. You cannot bring your own food into the venue.

Table Leaders – will be assigned for each shift.

Blue Lot – recommended and the closest location – enter gate 29 (all volunteers).

IMPORTANT – YOU MUST PURCHASE YOUR PARKING PASS BEFORE THE EVENT!!!! DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

What to bring

 

Comfortable Clothes! Please check the weather and dress accordingly. Suntan lotion and hats are recommended.

T-shirts – will be provided to wear. Please reply back with your size.

Umbrellas – are NOT ALLOWED!

NOT ALLOWED – Knives, food, drinks,

BAGS – unless they are clear, they will not be allowed! This means pocketbooks, handbags, fanny packs and purses cannot come into the venue.

9-11 AM – setup

11-noon – getting everyone in place – last-minute updates.

Noon – 9 PM – event

9 PM – 10 pm – teardown

10 PM – everyone MUST be out of LA Colosseum
